1. How long does the order take to deliver ?

A: We deliver the items either on the same day or it may take up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday , 10 Am to 6 Pm) . Delivery of the items depends on the availability of the required stock. If we need more time, we will update you in advance.

2. What are the different ways to contact you ?

3. Do we offer refunds on the products ?

A: We usually do not offer refunds on the products. However, depending on the situation , Mangalore Aquatics team will come up with the best appropriate solution.

4. Do we offer Aquarium customization?

5. Do you take orders of items that are not listed in your store?
